A SERIES OF COURSES IN MEDICAL CHI-KUNG
VENUE: LAM RIM TIBETAN BUDDHIST CENTRE
RAGLAN, GWENT
PART 1: OCTOBER 7th -9th
[Residential]
This course will be taught in four sections over four residential courses. The first two sections will cover the external exercises and treatments for oneself and others. The third section will cover mainly internal exercises working with energy as well as preparatory energy development exercises and some acupressure. The fourth section will be mainly a revision of the previous three sections with the exception of fifth or sixth level training
Together with each section will be taught the first five to six levels of ‘Eagle in the Nest Chi-Kung’ [for beginners] that will train the student in the development of concentration, awareness, energy, element balancing, healing emotions and Self-Massage. Some of these methods can be given to therapists’ clients or students’ friends.
Intermediate and advanced level students will be given teaching and training appropriate to their ability.

A two level summer residential course for Beginners and Advanced students.
The Intermediate and advanced students will be taught 'The Chi of Compassion & the Innermost Essence' Whilst the new students and foundation level will Be 'Entering the Way of the Eagle'.
